What’s the most informative book you’ve read recently?
I would say Songs from a bamboo village, it was a book about the life of Shiki Masaoka, a famous Japanese Tankaist.
It was informative for me because I have never realized that there was a man so determined in writing poem and didn’t even give up when his sickness took everything from him.
I was so touched by it and at the same time learnt the power of writing.
