This can be a quick one. Don’t take too long to think about it. Fifteen books you’ve read that will always stick with you. First fifteen you can recall in no more than 15 minutes.
Huaa this is very easy.
1. The Lord of The Rings by JRR Tolkien
2. Battle Royale by Koushun Takami
3. The Cell by Stephen King
4. Green Mile by Stephen King
5. My Sister’s Keeper by Jodi Picoult
6. The Lost World by Michael Crichton
7. The Hobbits by JRR Tolkien
8. Dreamcatcher by Stephen King
7. Sweetheart Sputnik by Haruki Murakami
8. Tetralogi Laskar Pelangi (Rainbow Troop) by Andrea Hirata
9. Out by Natsuo Kirino
10. One Piece (it’s actually a manga) by Eichiro Oda
11. Death Note (also a manga) by Obata Tsugumi
12. Supernatural and Mysterius Japan by Catrien Ross
13. Harry Potter 3 and 5 by JK Rowling
14. Insomnia by Stephen King
15. Ring by Suzuki Koji
I can assure you that this list does not arrange in order of likeness (I mean the previous number is not necessary the one that I like more than the next number)…but I really like all of those book and they’ll always stick in my head.
I might forget to put some other books that will forever stick in my head…but I put this list within less than 2 minutes.
How bout you?
I love Steven King books. I have some on my list too!
Love Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. Want to read some more Murakami.
Lots of Stephen King here. I just finished my first Stephen King book.
I couldn’t come up with 15 books.. *embarrassed*
Here’s my BTT post
I have never really read any of Stephen King’s books, I may have to give him a try, Happy BTT!

Oh, I forgot Haruki Murakami!
I loved My Sister’s Keeper too! 😉
I could easily have put more books in my list – I just wrote down the first 15 that came to mind.
The Hobbit just missed out on the 15 book limit for me.
I have My Sister’s Keeper on my list as well. I completely forgot about the Harry Potter books — oh well!
I haven’t read any of these, but you’ve given me some great ideas. 🙂
My Sister’s Keeper was one of the best audiobooks I’ve ever listened to!
Again – I can’t believe I forgot Harry. Here’s mine
it was easy to come up with 15 titles, the hard part is reading everyone else’s answer and thinking, “CRAP! I forgot that one!”
Two minutes? I’m impressed. It’s a good list and we have Tolkein in common.
cjh
3 & 5 are my favorite Potter books too.
Great list – love Stephen King and Michael Crichton and I need to finish the HP series.
Oooh, The Hobbit! I completely missed that out. Damn.
Here’s mine
I have Battle Royale in my TBR pile. It sounds like it’s going to be a really good book when I get to reading it.
MY SISTER’S KEEPER was Jodi Picoult’s best book, in my opinion.
I put my list together in record time also. It seemed so easy to do and then so hard to stop at just 15. Great list. Happy reading!
I have a Stephen King on my list too: Misery. Heres my list:
