My Favorite Movies and TV Series in 2012

As I have said before in my top-5 books of 2012, the year is almost over and it’s the right time to share my favorite of 2012. I have done top-5 books few days ago…time for the movies now

I didn’t watch a lot of movie released in 2012 because I wasn’t that interested…therefore, this list consists of movies I WATCHED in 2012 without caring for its released year. There are only 2 movies released in 2012, the rest are of years far behind 2012.

First of all, here are all the movies I have seen in 2012 (excluding re-watched):

I can’t pick 5 movies because I am really pleased with most of the movies I watched throughout 2012…I like them a lot and decided to make a top-10 list with no particular order. The number you see in front of the movie title is merely the order of which I saw first.

This is my first time reviewing a movie that can fits to two events at the same time. Indonesia Banget is my monthly post which I shared every 17 of the month. It is a monthly post where I shared about Indonesia. You can read more about it in my first Indonesia Banget Post. Why I think The Raid suits this monthly post? Simply because it is one awesome Indonesian movie and it shows how great Indonesian Martial Art (Pencak Silat) is.

World Cinema Series is an event hosted by Caroline @ Beauty Is a Sleeping Cat. The event is very simple, to watch movies across the world…and I think it won’t be fair if Indonesian Movie is not included in it. Unlike my other review for WCS, I do not include the map (like this) for this one because pointing an arrow from Indonesia to Indonesia is really pointless
