Songs To Be Expected at L’Arc~en~Ciel Concert, May 2nd.

It is 19 days to the concert I have been waiting for 11 years, the only band I want to see more than all the bands in the world combine into one….yes I love them THAT MUCH!!

As the historical day comes closer, although not fast enough, I have to publish this important post, a post where I share their setlist in every city they performed for their 20th L’Anniversary World Tour. I share the list after the summary and my expectation of songs to be sung on May 2nd.

Judging from the lists below, here are the songs to be expected in Jakarta (because they were sung in every concert): 01. いばらの涙 02. CHASE 03. GOOD LUCK MY WAY 04. HONEY 05. DRINK IT DOWN 06. Songs played in different cities: 01. 瞳の住人 (6 cities) 02. Driver’s High (5 cities) 03. the Fourth Avenue Cafe (3 cities) 04. Link (4 cities) 05. fate (4 cities) 06. Blurry Eyes (4 cities) 07. DAYBREAK’S BELL (3 cities) 08. 叙情詩 (2 cities) 09. Caress of Venus (2 cities) 10. 11. 12.

As you can see, there are 14 songs they always sang in every concert. I have no complain to that list because I like them all (Well…I love ALL their songs). I am glad Revelation always in their list…I really really really want to hear that song and feel the energy when we all can shout ‘hey…hey..hey..‘ and ‘REVELATION‘… I love how great energy that come through that song during all their live show.

About Ticketing

As I have shared in my previous post about me getting the ticket, the race to get the ticket was quite intense.This is just a brief info of what I have read through out internet and from my friend. I usually don’t give care about ticketing, but this one is special….it’s L’Arc~en~Ciel’s concert in Jakarta!! I want to know how it goes.

There were 4 quotas of ticket selling.

During the pre-sale (January 27, 2012), they were sold online in RajaKarcis.com:

The VIP Tickets were sold out in an hour.
Premium Tickets were sold out in less than a day
Regular Tickets were still available till the next day

I have posted about the upcoming concert of my most favorite band in the whole wide world few days ago, but that post was merely a shout out. Now, I want to share the story when I heard about it and when I finally got the ticket.

I like to call this as the beginning of a series of diaries in which I will share about waiting for the concert to start

In January 26, 2012, I was not working on Thursday and I dedicated that day to do house chores. I started my day with shopping for that day’s meal. And then I began ironing a mountain of clothes. I finished ironing around 10. Lunch time was drawing nigh so I had to start cooking or my father and I won’t have anything to eat. I cooked my first meal and getting ready to cook the second meal when my friend, Ajeng, texted me saying that ‘it’s official!!’

I knew exactly what she was referring to!

After that text, I couldn’t concentrate with my cooking anymore. I shed tears of happiness, my hand was trembling and I walked around the house without knowing what to do. It was like living in a dream. My friend was also crying and she was in public transportation hoping that people wouldn’t notice her.

Dreams Do Come True: My Number 1 Band is COMING :)

I was crying out of joy
I was laughing like a maniac
I am trembling out of control
I was moving around my house aimlessly
I was ecstatic!!!

For the first time in my life, I can say that DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!!
