Songs To Be Expected at L’Arc~en~Ciel Concert, May 2nd.

My BEST band in the world, L’Arc~en~Ciel

It is 19 days to the concert I have been waiting for 11 years, the only band I want to see more than all the bands in the world combine into one….yes I love them THAT MUCH!!

As the historical day comes closer, although not fast enough, I have to publish this important post, a post where I share their setlist in every city they performed for their 20th L’Anniversary World Tour. I share the list after the summary and my expectation of songs to be sung on May 2nd.

Judging from the lists below,
here are the songs to be expected in Jakarta
(because they were sung in every concert):

As you can see, there are 14 songs they always sang in every concert. I have no complain to that list because I like them all (Well…I love ALL their songs). I am glad Revelation always in their list…I really really really want to hear that song and feel the energy when we all can shout ‘hey…hey..hey..‘ and ‘REVELATION‘… I love how great energy that come through that song during all their live show.

Apart from those 14 songs, the other 5 songs I hope they will sing in Jakarta are:

03. the Fourth Avenue Cafe
04. Link
05. Blurry Eyes

I know it is impossible to get both Link and Blurry Eyes…but one can expect right ;)

Whichever song they are going to play is secondary…they most important thing is THEY ARE COMING!!!

We, Indonesian fans, are planning to do a tribute to them: (pamphlet is made by Meutia Gita Soraya )

I hope they can hear our voice and be touched by it…TO ALL OTHER INDONESIAN CIELERS…let’s make this plan come true!!

    Always knew I can count on you for LARC-related stuffs..=D..THX so much for making this..=D..so there are 14 fix songs, I thought there are 16 and only 3 are shuffled or different songs.

      Gyahahahaha *rofl* ow Dezzy you really make my day. They are ALL 40 year old MAN!! Yes Hyde is a beautiful man and Tetchan also beautiful sometimes.
      Many people often mistaken Hyde (the one with long hair) for a girl ;)

          O wow…you think my Yuki looks like lady??? whahahaha that is the first time I heard it….maybe it’s because of the way they dress here or the way the photographer took the photo.
          Here is how my favorite member really look like ;)

          I can understand for the mistake on Hyde…it happens all the time…but for not being attractive, I blame the photographer.

          Hyde is pretty and he knows it but he DOES NOT act like boy George. He is still act like a man who can make lots of girl screaming for him.

          It is their current style, they change style from time to time, they once look like ordinary people

    I love your excitement! We are going to some Pearl Jam concerts this summer and the other day I said that we should come up with songs that they might sing and see who gets the most correct. The anticipation is almost half the fun. Soon your day will be here! We are waiting for June.

      I was planning to play guest the songs too…but it turns out they don’t change their songs too much during their world tour…so I can figure out the songs they will sing here. I have never before follow the progress of a band’s world tour…L’Arc~en~Ciel is special.

      I want to watch Pearl Jam too if they come here….but hopely not this year because I have spent every cents of my saving for Larc.

    I just have to agree with TBM, I thik the anticicpation is half of the fun but I’m sure it will be a great experience. I’ve never been this prepared for a concert and haven’t been to one in a while. The last I’ve been to was David Gray two years ago. And before that Marilyn Manson but that was such a disappointment. It was one of the last concerts of his tour and he seemed very tired. No energy or enthusiasm

      I have never been this prepared either :)
      You know how much I love Laruku, I even follow how the progress of the ticket selling, I saw fans video in youtube, I paid attention to songs in all their concert during world tour…Only Laruku can make me like that.

      The last concert I saw was Life House…but all the concerts I have watched are nothing compared to the excitement I have in waiting for this one. You’ll see more posts about them as the day gets nearer ;)

          I have but just read about fans in Paris…they made We Love Larc banner (I used that pic for Paris photo) and Hyde actually cried a bit because he was touched by that…I am going to make the same banner and hoping he will see it and knows that we Indonesian also love them so much :)

    I seriously have no idea who this band is until you mentioned it Nov, sorry. Ah well, we all have our faves right, I’m sure you’re as puzzled every time I talk about Gregory Peck :D Enjoy the concert!

      Hahaha…don’t worry Ruth, I would be incredibly surprise if you know them ;)
      I have been in surprise mode since their concert went successful in US years ago and followed by the amazing show in Paris…and now their world tour making me awed of how famous they really are…but still knowing someone from other country who knows Laruku too is always surprising…although I have to say people are missing one hell f a great band ;)

      Jojoushi mereka shuffle sama Hitomi no Juunin…jadi ada bneberapa tempat mereka nyanyiin HNJ tapi di tempat lain nyanyiin Jojoushi….ga tau nih kita kebagian yang mana…gw sih ga ngaruh, suka dua2nya.

      Gw juga sebenernya ada beberapa lagu yang gw harapin..kayak yang ada di Live Viewing 2. Itu keren2 lagunya ada anemone dan Farewell versi acapela sedikit. Dan sama ama Ruri, pengen ada Finale…tyapi yah ga semua kemauan bisa terkabul ;) dah dtg ja dah syukur bgt :)

    Semoga ada yang dimainin versi akustiknya kayak konser yang dimana gt.. Sebenernya pingin banget ngedengerin mereka nyanyi New World karena energinya luar biasa, tp ga ada di setlistnya sama sekali.. yasud lah ada fourth avenue cafe sama link juga sudah sangat memuaskan..
