This will be my last Book review till December…coz from now on I’m focusing all my attention on my Japanese self learning book.

Christine is a novel by my favorite writter Stephen King. To be quite honest, after reading Cell, Christine seemed like a romance book, I mean, the thrill is nothing compare to Cell. The 1st half of this book is so boring, it takes more than 2 weeks for me to finish the 1st half. The second half is starting to become more interesting.
The story is about 2 childhood bestfriends, Dennis Guilder and Arnie Cunningham. Dennis was a football player and Arnie was the loser of their school. Arnie’s face was full with acne, Dennis thought that Arnie is quite handsome behind all of those acne. Arnie was a smart student. Dennis was the one who always protected him…their friendship was very strong. But it will soon be separated by her.
Arnie saw Christine and fell in love…fell deeply in love with 58’s Plymouth car. He never called Christine as it, alwar as her. This meeting created a chain reaction, a bad chain reaction. An obidient Arnie became a stuborn Arnie. A cunt face Arnie become a typical highschool boy Arnie. A coward Arnie became an a full of anger Arnie. He was consume by Christine. The more he held on to her the more he resemblance to her previous owner, Roland D LeBay. Arnie then met Leigh cabot, a beautiful young girl. Christine who was jelous of her tried to kill her.
Buddy Repperton, the school’s bully, and his friends smashed christine badly. Not long after that, each and everyone of them died in bizarre accident. The police who inspected the crime also died in accident. Darnell who knew about Christine was also killed. This string of murder lead Dennis and Leigh to an out of the mind conclussion.
They planned to kill Christine and saved Arnie. Did they succed? Can Arnie be saved? Can Christine, a self regeratting car, be destoyed?
For me, this novel seems to linger too long, the point of the story lies in the ending of the book. The story was told in the eyes of Dennis Guilder.
